Order Processing Time

Order would be sent out in 24-48 hours except weekends and holidays, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package once order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Express Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

USA: 7-12 business days, Other Countries: 7-15 business days.

International Taxes and Duties

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. And of course we will do whatever we can do to help customers avoid paying taxes and duties.

We suggest you to contact your respective customs office and ask about import regulations and restriction. As our experience, there are no duties, taxes or any other fees for customers from USA and most European countries.

If your order is returned to us intact due to a refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge, and return postage fees.  (Return shipping cost is very expensive by express shipping, so we do suggest you sign the package in time.)

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please check your shipping address very CAREFULLY when placing order. P.O. box address and Military APO/FPO addresses is unacceptable. Any loss caused by incorrect or missing address information will be subject for customer payment. If you want to change your shipping address, please email to service@henwinto.com.

Orders may be delayed under the following circumstances
1) Shipping addresses aren’t complete and/or if the order needs additional verification.
2) Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outage, or other extreme event that prevents us from operating.

Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

Item not received:

1.Delivery on the way:

*Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

*Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local Logistics to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us untill the parcel is delivered successfully.

2.Unsuccessful delivery:

*If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. Please double check the address before placing your order.

3.Duty OR Package Lost: 

*The customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages.

4.DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED:

*All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
